Balance - One of the Keys to Good Living
I have found two wonderful books that talk about how important it is for both men and women to be aware of their habits in order to have good health. Each text describes events that take place during certain decades of life and what steps can be taken to help keep balance in one's life.

Bottom line – Less stress and healthy eating are very necessary to have a quality life. Make good choices in what you consume and in the activities you pursue. You and your body are worth it! A gift from God you are. :)

Exercise tips, Money tips and Final Thoughts on this Topic :)
Exercise
- Exercise at your home with free weights, your own exercise dvds or videos (or rented from the library) or do sit-ups, push-ups and jumping jacks (walking the neighborhood, jogging, gardening and dancing also burn calories!)
Additional $$$
- Participate in your company’s 401K
- If you earn under $50 K a year, do your taxes online at the Freetaxusa.com web site
(you are able to file electronically for a small fee)
- Look for pennies and other spare change in the parking lot… :)
Final notes
Be generous and others will respond accordingly, which usually equates to unexpected, useful and timely gifts!
