I have found two wonderful books that talk about how important it is for both men and women to be aware of their habits in order to have good health. Each text describes events that take place during certain decades of life and what steps can be taken to help keep balance in one's life.
Bottom line – Less stress and healthy eating are very necessary to have a quality life. Make good choices in what you consume and in the activities you pursue. You and your body are worth it! A gift from God you are. :)
