In your efforts to get well, forming good habits is the key!
I have been reading several books lately, including the one called “Healing through Cleansing” by Dr. Yakov Koyfman.
Daily your body encounters life on planet Earth which can tax it greatly. Our mission should be to help it exist as best it can!
Tips for this week –
· Drink water with lemon first thing in the a.m. and drink a cup of mint or chamomile tea before going to sleep at night.
· In the mild months, sleep with a window or two open to let fresh air in.
· Don’t exercise next to cars spewing exhaust fumes!
